How do you get the glass out of the upvc frame? I have two fanlights that have condensation in them and i need them repaired.

Do they come out easy or do i risk breaking them?

Yes, just use a flat (thin) bladed screwdriver or similar and they will just pop out (may be a bit stiff)

The majority of sealed units that have been removed from my sites have been removed in that way, the bead only keeps the unit in place

a wallpaper scraper works well for removing the beading ,does less damage than a screwdriver .
