Soundproofing firm in Manchester

Hi.

Does anybody have any experience of/recommendations for a soundproofing company in Manchester? I am looking at soundproofing the party wall and I think that I would be best served by getting some professional advice on the matter.

Although the thread mentioned above makes some specific suggestions for products, my DIY skills don't really stretch to this sort of project.

Any recommendations kindly received.

I did all the floors in my flats by first making a google search, once I had obtained the info., then purchased 6" rockwool.

Clearly, I have done a Google search to start with.

Research on Google shows a variety of different products, from shallow membranes right up to deep wool insulation. 6 inches seems a lot of room to lose. Did it make a big difference?
