English Heritage Level 2
Discussion
What does that phrase mean, does anyone know?
I have seen it relating to an old chapel beingg sold where the plkanning permission for conversion says: "A programme of historic building recording in accordance with English Heritage Level 2." It is also talking about demolition and rebuilding of the frontage (must have a propblem as it is also coevreed in pages of notes about local coal mining) and rebuiling in the demolished or reclaimed materials.
Usually the very words EH strike fear into me and coupled with a frontage demolition and rebuild with them on my arse may be just too much!
