Where can I buyt translucent mains cable?

Does anybody know where I can get 3 core mains cable with a translucent outer covering. It’s used on lots of electric lights and usually has silver coloured wires in it but I can’t find anywhere selling just the cable. I need about 3-4m.

What size do you need and what are you using it for?

Thanks. It's for a light hanging from the ceiling. I need about 3 to 4 metres and 3A rating would be fine.
