What kind of cost am I looking at underpinning a 20m run, dig out depth 1m and 4 courses of brickwork to bring me back to the existing brickwork

Soil type, access both sides? brick type? wall construction?

Soil is clay free (loam ?), got access both sides and the the wall is 9" with no cavity, the building is a barn conversion

We were just having our double garage centre pillar underpinned on insurance. Would have been 2m down until they found soil problems. The original quote was about £4K, but now they need to pile-drive some columns about 5m down.
