Any Building Surveyors About....

I need a surveyor to have a look at a couple of things on a potential purchase.
Been a few years since I bought a property and, blow me, are full surveys not cheap

I know they encompass a lot, but the place has no gas supply, water and electric is disconnected so that can't be inspected.
There are just some superficial looking cracks that need an expert opinion on.....
Anyone know or recommend anyone?
Based in Croydon/Bromley area.
