Brackets

I need to get 6 brackets made up like the one in the picture below. Any idea of a firm that could do this in the Birmingham area?

I'd look in yellow pages under "sheet metal fabrication" companies.

I think you'll struggle to find somewhere that wont want to charge for tooling to create the three dish type features around the holes.

If they are only screw holes, I would ask myself are they really necessary.

Yep, the holes are just for screws. I'll take them round a few places and see what they have to say.
