Problem with my Neff dishwasher...

Hi there - wonder if anyone can help me - my dishwasher is not draining away properly and has started to smell. I think it's probably blocked but despite taking out the filter and cleaning it, it doesn't make any difference.

There is a pool of dirty water which I have tried draining and have put my hand in to remove any blockage, but there doesn't seem to be anything else I can take out and clean.

The model number is Neff S5943X2GB/29. I don't have the instruction manual to hand, and Neff's website doesn't seem to be able to find the manual. Any help much appreciated (although I'm sure it's a long shot!)

It's probably the waste pipe that's blocked, not the dishwasher.

Thanks for the reply - probably stupid question, but how do I get to that waste pipe? Should I pull out the (fitted) dishwasher?
