Wood burning stove

I'm thinking about having a wood burning stove installed at my place. I like the idea of one of the contemporary designs. However, I don't have a chimney in the room that it would be located in. The flue would have to exit through an external wall and then go right up to a point above the roof.

Anybody know where in Surrey I could get this looked at/purchased/installed? I'm sure there are some kind of regulations for the external flue and maybe planning permission?. Also, what would the costs for this typically be (the flue part)?
