As it says - are they a decent manufacturer or some budget stuff?

No idea... assume they're the cheaper end of the market.

That said, I bought a flat that has Baumatic kit (double oven and hob) and both were still going strong four years later when I sold the property.

Have a gas hob and integrated cooker that look pretty and generally make food hot, its what about 3 years since they where installed, have the odd problem with the ignighters and the timer on the cooker isnt worth using but apart from that no problems.

Budget stuff, having said that we've had ours for 9 years or so and the stat went in the oven and has gone again I think, so pretty reliable really

Just asked around the office... everyone considers it budget, but it seems to last...

We have a 5 burner hob in our kitchen, been fitted for about 4 years and have had no problems
