Looking for a cheapo 1x2m carpet

I'm looking for a cheapo 1x2m carpet to stick in out downstairs loo, I've tried the local carpets shops but having no joy and it's not worth having to buy a 'proper' piece.

So if any of you have a deep pile, dark red carpet going for the exchange of beer or know anywhere that would stock what I;m after then Iwould love to hear from you!

If you must have carpet in the loo, B&Q sell the rubber backed carpet that can be washed very easily without damaging the carpet. 'Tis also easy to cut and fit to size.

Yup I've tried B&Q and had no joy.

Not overly worried about having carpet in the loo as there are only two of us in the house and it's going to be nothing more than the occasional 'luxury' poo room!

There are probably no offcuts of dark red because it's not a popular colour. However you could always buy a metre from a roll and keep the spare part for when the first bit gets dirty.

Have you tried Ikea? They probably do a rug that's big enough

Once popped into the Abingdon branch, very strange experience, full of dodgy old men in short sleeve shirts wondering around with calculators, scrawny young jobcentre rejects wearing over-sized Burton suits (not stylish enough for Next!) and a good few families of dubious social standing!

Well if I did you'd have just insulted me I just happen to know they have all the remnants for south Lincs in that store...

Besides, if you can't afford 2m of carpet you probably need a cheap suit too

Well I do get 10% discount at Burtons so I may have to pay a visit there soon
