My Dad is looking to buy a house here in the UK and rent it out - however because he is based in Zambia, he's not going to be able to do much in the way of making sure there are tennants/rent is paid/ etc - can anyone recommend a company or person who does this.

He's looking at either london or cheltnham way. He's looking to buy a house and rent it out, and something that will give him a good return. He will be over in a couple of weeks and wants to try get it all sorted before they go home..
