ETA although i have had plans made for a house where there was no door to the kitchen

I'm just picturing the agent:

Agent "I've got Mr Jones on the line wanting an update. How many hits have we had on the web site against his property"

Assistant "In one day more hits than the rest of the properties on all the branches books combined this year"

Agent "Holy Sh@t thats great news!!, have we got enough agents to cope with all the viewing requests?"

Assistant "Erm.........we haven't had any viewing requests"

Agent "What!!.........Hmm, i think we need to have a period of blue sky thinking about this one"
