just after a quick idea of costs involved when fitting a bathroom.

Wanting to fit new toilet with one of those hidden cisterns
move the sink from one wall to another so its 90 degrees from where it is now.
move the bath 1 metre so its further away from the outside wall.

rough (very rough) idea smile

A 'toilet setback' sounds interesting!

Toilet = brown
Bath = blue

It's all in the details you see!

Very clever. smile

I don't understand your diagrams...

If you are wanting a toilet with a hidden cistern, how come it is further into the room? (or is the picture on the right the 'before' picture?)

Are you assuming the Plumber will make good the wall wehere the bath used to be located? (plaster/re-tile) or is the cost purely for the 'plumbing' aspects of the job?

...and with the moving of the sink, are you wanting the pipework chased into the wall, left on display (might look OK with chrome pipes) or boxed in?

Again, Is the plumber to do this?

Are you wanting the plumber just to install the suite (that you've sourced and supplied) and connect the pipes for someone else to decorate etc...?

If yes, then a couple of man days (one bloke over two days or two blokes over one day) should see it all fitted well and working. I'd be wary of someone saying they can do it in a couple of hours. Getting the pipework right takes a bit of time and a room that size there shouldn't be the need for a hotch potch of off-cuts.

Based on the above £500 should see you get a top plumber who'll do a very good job. £300 should see the job done well.

Hi, what do you mean by hidden cistern? There are some couple of types, hidden in the wall and concealed within a unit. If in the wall you will need the room to build stud work across the baok wall. Within a unit I don't see to much of a problem. Moving basin over to the other side should be ok just need to watch the waste. If we can help just ask. Mark.
