It's not as if my garden is untidy, it's a stripy lawn with a full complement of bedding plants. Cared for doesn't do it justice. I water it, feed it, weed it and then this bottom feeder comes along and nukes the edge of my lawn.

A trip to the Local Government Ombudsman usually gets results, at least in regard to mishandling of complaints, once the council's "complaints procedure" has been exhausted . But start gathering evidence and writing contemporaneous reports of everything to do with this matter NOW .

Not me, I have loads of free time I find getting my councillor involved usually gives them a kick up the arse.

I've struggled to keep the edge of my lawn green for years and it's only because they sprayed on a windy day that I've finally realised that they've been vandalising my lawn
