Septic tank & loo limescale

We have a wonderful and efficient septic tank system with a good working overflow into a ditch.
We have limescale in one of th eloos. In the past - in mains drainage houses - I would have bought one of those nasty chemical products from the supermarket that seem to work on this. As it is we are only meant to use a tiny amount of bleach. So what can I do?
