I need to arrange a mortgsge for a friend with low income, bur high equity.

needs £60k on a £250k propert.

I'm happy to underwirite the payments if needed.

she currently has a larger mortgage, but in moving will be moving away from her part time job.
The existing company had said that they would give the mortgage as long asthe property was worth £100k.

they have banked her survey money, and not completed this. They didnt get back to her or advice any change of decision.
