Forgive my naivety, but it's within a mile of the new international station at Ebbsfleet which will have 17 min trains to Lonodn in December but yet there are still lots of 2 bed terraced houses for about 100k. Surely over the coming years this will become a desirable commuter town if not just for it's transport links? THink of Woking in Surey which is a bit of a dump but very pricey dueto the 25 minte train to Waterloo.

Why is Northfleet so cheap and urely prices are set to rise there in future?

You have obviously never been to Northfleet, or much less Swanscombe.

I agree with Scotal. Not only is Northfleet, it is surrounded by Swanscombe, Gravesend and Dartford. Take a visit to these 100K and look around, you will certainly understand the price then. If not, go into King's Farm or Wallis Park.

Southfleet is so much better.

Until the Northfleeters pop out to the country.

That's only because you run the Manor Farm, which I'll admit is nice, but then there isn't much else in Southfleet. Certainly not enough to detract away from the rest of the area.

My post was an attempt at Sarcasm.

I probably would not be here if I had completed a more thorough research on the area.
