I`m researching it at the moment with a start date of early next year, if i have the support of my local father in law builder.

Have a very slow burn project under way and self build is always something I have wanted to do.

Design and Planning sorted but currently on hold due to other commitments.

Have tackled the odd extension before too. Glad to share any info I have.

Im starting an extension in a few months.

No self-build, but just coming to the end of a 12 month extension/remodelling project.......thank God!

I'm in the middle of doing a selfbuild. If there's anything you want to ask then just drop me an E-mail. We've been through every possible problem you can think of from day 1 so can certainly tell you about the bad side of it................but It'll be worth it in the end, I keep telling myself that!
