Moving a CH Time clock - DIY job?
Discussion
Good morning, I'm after a bit of advice. We have an old but perfectly serviceable Ideal Mexico boiler which does the heating and tops up the hot water tank. Unfortunately it's time clock is in a really awkward place to get to, it's at the back of the cupboard where the boiler is sited - in a small dark place right under some stairs. I've had a quote to shift it round to beside the door into the cupboard, but I've been wondering if this is a task that could be done as a DIY job. Is it as simple as rewiring a plug?

That switch has a mains type cable leading into the back of the boiler, there's another switch (out of shot) to the left; it also has a mains type cable going into the back of the boiler. Might there be a cable in the wall which connects either of the switches to the time-clock?
I'd assumed I could run a longer cable around the walls to the desired position.
