Recommend me a shower radio. . .?
Discussion
Morning all.
Couldn't find The Bathroom sub-forum, so . . .
Loving my Squeezebox Booms, but cant hear them in the shower room without potentially upsetting my neighbours early morning and last thing at night.
So can anyone recommend me a decent sounding shower radio with presets. In the running appears to be this one although £50 is a bit more than I am willing to spend. I doubt any shower radio will live more than a year given the conditions but reliability is still quite important.
Sound-quality, decent battery life, and reliability (lasts more than a year) are key.
Any recommendations?

Battery life?! get one that runs off the mains
What about one that has a wheel on the side - like a water mill - so the cascade of water from the shower turns it and powers the radio?Given the noise of the shower and the short time you're in it, is there really any point to having a shower radio?

Compromised and went for this one in the end.

Not bad for £20, digi display and plenty of presets. Sounds distinctly average but serves its purpose first thing in the a.m. and last thing at night.
