Quesion regardimg Freehold issue
Discussion
I'm off to look at a flat on Wednesday with the view to buying and having spoken to the estate agent there's an issue with the freehold.
There are two flats on the site which both bought the freehold, The flat I'm looking at has been repossessed but the mortgage provider is not able to repossess the share of the freehold and the previous owners have disappeared.
Does anyone know what issues this is likely to cause?
I assume any ground rent is already agreed between the management company and the flat owners and would be difficult to change?
Also would a mortgage provider have an issue with this?
