There is only one product I'd suggest for that.
Sikkens.
Use HLS two coats for base, then Filter 7 as the top coat. Not cheap, but the best.
We sell Ronseal, I've tried Cuprinol and Sadolins (effing crap IMHO), and I now will only use Sikkens, made by AKZO Nobel. No, we don't sell it (much to my annoyance), but Sikkens is brilliant.
It's microporous, so you just paint more on top of the stuff already applied, no stripping etc. When the colour fades (as it will with all these products), you just clean the door and re-apply.
Simples.

I'm pretty sure that I have the exact same door as yours as my back door. I have Dulux exterior woodsheen on mine. Only been on for one winter though but seems to be doing well. Just layer up with several coats and a quick "maintainence" coat every couple of years.

teak oil?
& & again. My old man has his stable and garage doors (mahogany ) teak-oiled and 14 years later they still look superb.
Each summer he takes a power washer to them, then lets them dry out for a day or two and then they are oiled again with several coats.
Oak looks stunning when teak-oiled. Please don't paint them or slap on some cheap-st wood stain.
