Anyone used www.mybuilder.com site to find a tradesman before? We're looking to have some small building work done and i'm tempted to put details on that site and see what responses I get from local builders. Some of them seem to have decent feedback from their other clients - hopefully this is all genuine?

Where are you located?

As I’m sure you can't get better than a Pistonhead’s recommendation.

The Builder that I have just used (Bedfordshire) was excellent.

The job is to replace a fairly standard old wooden shed with a shiny new brick one (based in SW London). Recommendations from PHers always welcome, but would prefer a local(ish) builder so I can check out some of their recent work.

Will let you know how I get on with mybuilder, and also checkatrade
