Not really, seems like a glorified phone in show.

Is it me or does Kevin s house look tiny? Surely it is been built purely for the show, and he isn't actually going to live in it? confused

McCloud is pretty much unwatchable these days, he is so "up himself"

A shame really as he has written some good books, in the past he has shown that he knows his subject and is quite clever (speaks at least 3 languages)

The answer is to record the Grand Designs stuff and fast forward through the rubbish. That looks like it will be worth doing this week, last night there was a fabulous bit on a 1960s concrete place in Los Angeles with moving glass walls and an unprotected drop of at least 50 feet from the bedroom balcony yikes

The phone in bit was cringing and didn't add anything, I guess they only do it for the call share revenue.

Normally I would agree, but I was on the FF button so much I gave in. Won't bother with the rest of the week's shows. As for Janet Street-Sillyname doing an impersonation of herself, she really sets off my punching reflex

I agree with the jane street porter comment, did you see her in that barn conversion? i almost smashed my telly in she's so infuriating.
She was in a conversion with a industrial look,i personally didnt like it as it just looked like a office for a MD of a chipboard company.Anyway all she did was sg off pretty much every other conversion in the country because she hates rooms and wooden staircases? All this coming from a woman who built a monstrosity of a house in london which looked like it had a big rising damp problem, why do they get clowns like her on programs like this is beyond me.

And i never forgave her for cancelling 'play school' when she was in charge of yoof TV rage
