How arrogant are these Two?
If I owned a house around there, it'd be 91.
If you don't like where your lovely new house is, buy soemwhere else,
The fact I could'nt see the 'home' would not alter the fact the established and lovely Regency area, had been buggered about with
if its build correctly there won't be any issues with existing structures so why the objection? If I owned a house around there, it'd be 91.

How did they get planning permission with 90 objections?
essentially, planners work to their own agendas but in this case there is no impact on the area whatsoever (if the dwelling is built correctly)went to a planning meeting today over a very sizable development and whilst their poilcy is to ensure 1 car parking space to every 30 m2 of floor plate in the buildings they wanted more even though it goes totally against their policy
basically it all depends how they feel on the day
That looks a pretty established area,
The concept of new neighbours. Plonking a daft project in the back gardens that's bound to be a winner isn't it.
90 people gave their verdict,
Strangely the house won't sell now, and everyone hates us,
Let's sell the project and bugger off,
Oh dear, nobody likes that either
