Double glazed window repairs

Hi all - have a couple of double glazed aluminium windows in good nick but catching at the bottom of the sides. Ground floor ones I have adjusted from the outside unscrewing the hinge a little and shifting the sash up on the opposite side (there is a little wiggle/ adjustment room in the hinge screw holes). The first floors ones are a bugger though and from inside can't make it work. I think also maybe the hinges themselves have too much play and need replacing. They are top hinging ones (hinges at the sides but opens outward from the bottom).

Can I find anyone willing to take on this relatively small job... no. Course not...

Any suggestions welcome please! Window people only seem interested in selling whole windows.

Have you tried a search terms like "Window Doctor"? That's what a few of the ones near us list as.
