Changing kitchen door

I want to change our kitchen doors and panels from white to green. The kitchen is only 4 years old and the company sell the doors, side panel, plinths and fillets. They are the same size, and the hinge fittings are in the same place.
I had a guy around who wraps kitchens, it only works out 300€ more to replace everything.
I can fit everything myself, but the corner fillets on the base units seem to be the problem. We have fitted granite worktop and I don't want to remove them. Anybody out there done this without remove worktops.
