Currently sat on hold to DeLonghi UK trying to see if they will repair my B2C coffee machine that has just died this morning.

Does anyone have any recommendations on where to send for repair?

I would try a local domestic appliance repairer.

I fixed ours, you tube videos to dismantal, parts are available so should be straightforward.

Our DeLonghi bean to cup machine is being delivered back to us today following a repair by DeLonghi themselves.

The machine was purchased directly from DeLonghi in December 2023. It was a refurbished machine bought from their ebay store. We spoke to them via their online chat and they confirmed it was under warranty (despite being told by email its 12 month warranty had expired). They sent a courier to collect it last week.

Might be worth using their online chat and asking the question.

We are planning on selling it now anyway as I have never been happy with the temperature of the coffee (not hot enough).

30 seconds in the microwave will sort that.

Used GTA Electrical in Nottingham on my previous Delonghi, picked up and delivered back fully fixed/serviced in under 5 days.

My previous Delonghi was never hot enough, so 30secs in the microwave every time.
As it was 6 years old and approaching 20k cups, I replaced it a couple of months ago. Old one was still working, and my brother wanted it.
The new one (Primadonna Soul) makes a hotter coffee, fine if I want one that lasts 20 minutes or so.
