Okay, what's the ball park to repair 12m^2 of block paving - take off blocks, repair hardcore, relay blocks on new sand, sand and reseal.
I'm getting silly quotes (even for London tax) and want to get down the reason. The worst was £2000 but that included cleaning. I have now cleaned it myself.
My guess is that it should be a maximum of £50-£75 per square metre as you could get a new job done for that. Educate me.

One hour for each of those four stages = 4hrs so half a days labour and next to nothing for materials. £200 + London tax = £2,000 so your quote is correct
