Leaky tap

We have a Qettle 4 in 1 boiling/filter tap. It’s started to leak in the flexible hose that connects from the boiler to the boiling tap. The leak seems to be coming from where flexible pipe is connected to the joining fixture, so it’s not just a replacement washer or tighten to fix it.

As far as I can tell the flexible hoses aren’t replaceable? Is there any way to rescue this?

Can't see the other end of the hose, but that end definitely looks like it can be undone and removed. I would be very surprised if the other end wasnt the same, even if it needs to be a special hose from the manufacturer.
