Hive Question Please

Heating
We have 3 bits
A battery powered controller / stat
A WiFi bit
A boiler bit

Green on WiFi
Red on boiler hive
Can’t connect on controller

Just started happening.

Any ideas please.

could be low battery in the controller causing it to be out of range of boiler bit.

reboot the controller (take a battery out and back in) and move it near to the boiler bit, to see if connects. If it does, consider replacing battery.

WiFi bit just for connecting with an app on your phone/tablet.
