Fixed UPVC Window Frame/Pane Dropped
Discussion
The house we have bought has a number of 4 pane UPVC windows where the outer two panes open and the inner 2 panes are fixed (they look like normal panes albeit without handles).
On one window, the fixed panes have dropped and I cannot find anyway to adjust them. You can jimmy then up and they feel kind of loose in the outer frame but there's no obvious way to sort out the alignment.
The opening windows are fine.
(The stone window heads are knackered and are being replaced but the actual box lintel is fine. The opening windows all operate fine and it looks like the fixed ones have just dropped).
Any clues?

Wrong size packers put under the fixed (dummy sash) windows only way to resolve is to de-glaze remove them and pack them up...more of a chew on unless your OCD has kicked in..??
Ah! That's annoying but it makes sense. Both of the ones that have dropped were replaced under warranty due to a failed seal and so it seems plausible that they weren't replaced "properly."I might just wedge something in it to straighten it uo
