Sash window dillema

We are trying to sort out the window design for the house but have found an issue which we are unable to find any examples on what is best to do



The 2 windows here are the same size. We have just noticed though that due to a fire exit, the top window is a single sash as opposed to the window below which is 2 sash windows






We are trying to keep a uniform style so what ever we do for the 1350 wide windows (there are 2 additional at the front), we want to do for them all.

My question is, for the fire escape windows, if we use a bar down the middle would it be noticable that the style is that different if we kept 2 sash windows in the non fire exit windows
