That's exactly what I'm always seeking & it comes up on here a bit that others want that too.

I often come across small holdings etc in middle of Wales that have barns etc, but to find places for modest budgets not in the middle of nowhere is rare.

Unusual opportunity.

On a similar theme, I watch a place in the sun a few days back and one house in Cyprus was on their budget and the spec they wanted. However it also came with a full size bowling green behind the garden, genuinely looked the size you would hold a club event at!

I have often thought that my ideal home would be a three bay garage with a bungalow on top!

And in a city near to shopping...oh, and on a bus route!
