Kitchen recommendations
Discussion
Hi all,
Anyone used a decent solid wood kitchen company that they could recommend (Hampshire area)? I'm after just supply only but we want to steer away from the usual chipboard carcasses; so real wood/oak doors combined with painted wood, and a decent durable frame. I've looked at Neptune which seem to be within our budget (20-25k for medium size kitchen; units only) but only do traditional style and we're after something a bit more contemporary/scandi-style.
Thanks

Pistonhead's favourite DIY Kitchens do a traditional range with solid wood doors, wood veneer/solid wood panels.

I have a bespoke kitchen company and have used this factory often, https://www.parkwilliams.co.uk to make kitchens/bedrooms/vanities etc. They can make anything in any style as well as having their own paint shop and will be much better quality than Neptune (made in China).
If you're designing it yourself, then they can work off a drawing and they're in Ford near Arundel, so are fairly close to you.
Definitely worth a try.

‘Made’ in frame kitchens from Yorkshire do a contemporary range. They were out of my budget, basically the same as Neptune, but my brother had them fitted and he’s down in West Sussex. They’re very nice. He’d previously had Devol and their stuff is also really nice.
I went with Handmade Kitchens of Christchurch but they’re more towards traditional shaker, although you can configure in different ways and might get it contemporary looking enough. They’re half the price of everywhere else, about 50% more than DIY Kitchens, but you do have to paint yourself. I’m really happy with ours and don’t regret the decision.
