Every few years I need to re-paint my fences with Ceocote / Creostain (replacement for Creosote) - oil and not water based.
I have 25 panels and need to do both sides.
What is the collective wisdom on:

(1) Tools
(2) What brand and where to buy paint. 4 x 20ltr tubs required - normally Wickes light brown is my go to.

I was using an electric paint sprayer with a 1ltr pot but that has become tedious.
Ideally I would like something that I could just shove a hose into a 20ltr full tub and spray away.
Comments on using the 5ltr manual pumps would be appreciated.
Thanks

I have a 5ltr manual pump, in fact it might be a bit higher, but not much. I used it to spray our fence 60m in total. Took about 3 hours and had to refill once. This was just one side, though. A lot of that time was moving roses out of the way and generally fannying around. The main lengths with nothing in the way, took no time at all. The hardest part was getting the correct speed and spray pattern foe 'your style'. I used cuprinol stuff, based on paraffin.
