I have a eufy doorbell and the quality of the video just isnt good enough.

I think the frame rate is and image quality is a bit poor. Also the audio is very poor, it's not clear on videos and the 2 way talking doesn't work well, it's slow and very unclear.

Happy to pay for quality, I'd prefer something small ish, easy to use and simple to set up.

Have you checked it's getting a good wifi connection? My Ring doorbell was playing up a bit but I moved one of my wifi nodes closer to the front door and it's now fine.

Which model is it? If you're unsure go to settings, about device. We upgraded to the C31 and wired to the doorbell chime. No need to change batteries and the picture is good and I can talk to people via the app fine, though there is a little bit of lag.

Same as ours, so I'll be no help I'm afraid as all seems to be working well.

I've been very happy with my Reolink doorbell. Good quality image and useable response time, and it's been very reliable.
