Apologies if this has been covered elsewhere, I'm sure I've seen a thread on stainless pans before but I'm buggered if I can find it now..

As per title really, I'm after a set of decent quality stainless pans, preferably with the strainer lids.

I've seen ProCook and Denby in the metal, but Kuhn Rikon is proving a little more elusive. I'm currently leaning towards the Denby set, but the handle design and feel puts me off a little. I'll be cooking over induction, so not sure how much heat transferance will be an issue to the handle compared to gas.

Any objective advantages/disadvantages between my shortlisted pans? Happy to receive further recommendations, but would prefer to be able to get hands on rather than buying blind online.

ETA: title should reach Denby! Can't see how to change, if it's even possible

There's a few threads over in the Food, Drink & Restaurants forum:
September: https://www.pistonheads.com/gassing/topic.asp?h=0&...
February: https://www.pistonheads.com/gassing/topic.asp?h=0&...

I'd throw Samuel Groves in as an option, think they will outlive me!
