lease dispute - first tier tribunal leadtimes

Hi hope this is the right place.

I live in an apartment where there may be a lease amendment dispute which is likely to go to a first tier tribunal.

Does anyone know the lead time for this type of tribunal ?

I hear they are inundated... ?
