Yes I have one, have had it for a number of years, although I do not use it much as we have a heated DRIsoon airer these days. It's basically a giant hairdryer that blows into a bag of your clothing.

It does the job, although it can be spendy on electricity as it is indeed electric fan heater compared to the newer heated airers.

You can only fit so much in it otherwise it will take an age to heat everything up to the point where water will evaporate efficiently.

One side bonus is that they make the house smell of your laundry detergent, which is reasonably plesant.

It's a mild PITA to dismantle and store.

Get the dry:soon instead. Cheaper to run, larger capacity, folds flat-ish against a wall with minimal fuss. More expensive to buy, though. Use ours most days for the family wash, if it can't go outside.

...and if you get the opportunity to incorporate a drying cabinet in a utility room, do. Mrs BF loves hers, useful kit.

Thanks for replies, a ceiling pulley would be ideal if I had a bigger place. I'll check out the dry soon.
