Hi
Just wondering if anyone has a garage made from metal box profile sheets ?
There half the cost if fibre cement cladding I'd be going for the dripstop ones but I'm not sure how good they are at stopping condensation
Also having a garage from metal I'm guessing would be hot hot in summer !

I had a metal shed at a previous place.
It wasn't too bad.
Plenty of ventilation and a good damp proof floor helps.

Depends on your local climate though.
Here I get rampant condensation under a carport type of thing.

I would budget for at least lining the roof and maybe the walls.
Cheap ply or plasterboard is not dear, but it all adds up.

I had one, with a floor that pooled water, and it certain dripped!

However with a better floor, probably with a 4inch heigh dwarf wall, and the dropstop flocking, its an option.
You could also go for a insulated roof, tin sides, or tin roof over a foord frame+osb garage.
