I'm considering wood floor options for the living room and dining room, the usual option would be floating engineered or solid wood strips.

I have been looking for the possibility of parquet tiles bonded to the slab, years ago it was possible to buy square solid parquet tiles but I can't find these anywhere all I can see are individual strips e.g 70x300mm. If anyone knows if it's possible to buy the pre-formed parquet squares I would be interested.

Thank you.

Have you considered LVT? We’ve just had some Amtico stuff laid in parquet in the kitchen and it’s very convincing.

Parquet-parquet.co.uk sell reclaimed blocks.

Various wood flooring suppliers will supply and fit.

Try googling 'parquet finger blocks' - might be what you are looking for.

Another vote for LVT. If there is any risk of damp you avoid the risk of future damage. Amtico is made in Britain which is a bonus.
