I am building a little in ride in shed out of wood to keep a bike out of the elements, I’m contemplating making it look like a brick built thing, what are those fake brick panels called, would probably blend in with its surroundings more

They're called evil little bd things!
Someone years ago re-plastered my kitchen wall and then slapped mortar and brick slips over the top. Looks like a brick wall. May as well have not plastered it.

Brick slips is what you’re after, half the thickness of normal bricks and more akin to tiling rather than needing a bricklayer to put them on.

They aren’t much cheaper than actual bricks though.

I suspect it would be quicker to just build it with bricks it you want it to look like brick.

You're really looking for what are called mathematical tiles, however you'll be lucky to source any unless you can find a tame reclamation yard around east Sussex or Kent with a batch sitting in the corner.

Brick slips are an option but really need to be stuck onto a masonry backing.

But as others have said, you'd be better just building it in brick.
