That care home would end up as a weed grow if it was around here, been quite a few busted over the last year or so.

This is around the corner from me, it used to be (years ago) a Chinese takeaway, it looks like they have bought the other houses in the row so a very strange layout, for auction it will go for a hell of a lot more than the guide price.

"It's way off-pitch, surely, even for a Lincolnshire hotel?"

What's this mean? smile

I used to come across hotels seemingly randomly positioned across the county when I was working there.

Shorpe, we've worked on a few buildings like that in places like Scarborough Blackpool Bridlington etc, firms are buying properties up like that left right and centre to turn them into doss houses. That place will either end up full of smack heads, ex-jail birds or a full on looney bin. £1000+ per week per resident guaranteed straight from the government.

I regularly walk through the park this house overlooks . It’s been for sale for few years, can’t imagine why it’s struggling to sell.

What happens when they get a bit bored and put a hole in the doors or walls?

£2K for a door, £500 for a lock, that sort of thing, week after week. Some are pretty sketchy, we were doing an electrical test on one building that still had the residents in, some were ok and actually had jobs but others most certainly didn't. I had to sneak into a secure padded room to get a couple of readings whilst the (big) bloke was asleep on the couch, I never knew I could be lighter on my feet than a ballerina when I wanted to be.

So it paid to have people smash the place up, then?

The rest of the house would look very different but I would love to have a home cinema set up in that vein paperbag

How does a professional estate agent justify using a potato for a camera?

Back on the theme of Abersoch, overpricing of the week or what (notwithstanding the orange people)? Picture 4 is stretching the truth of its non-seafront location somewhat...

It's like a location for one of those late night Channel 5 documentaries.

That lounge would light up like a murder scene with a UV light.
