3 phase eqpt problem

I bought a 2nd hand large vacuum sealer, it arrived with a 3 pin plug and 13amp fuse in place. I plugged it in to a normal outlet and something went pop in the machine. On further examination and despite the 3 pin plug, 13 amp fuse and wire colour corresponding to single phase it is in fact a 3 phase machine. FFS!

I have 3 phase had I known but what damage have I done to the machine?
