It's a ridiculous layout. Two thirds of the first floor seems to be dressing rooms, wtf?

I also doubt you could park ten cars in the garage, unless they were all Smart cars.

Well if you have an average size family then there are no guest bedrooms in the main house. The layout just seems to be designed for someone who doesn't want to have to go out for any leisure activities yet doesn't want anyone to visit either. It's not an ideal family home.

Agreed, you could turn the cinema into a guest suite that would put the total to 7 bedrooms on the property inc the annex, I do wonder if people think they'd be running a B&B.

IMO ceilings are way too low for the sizes of rooms.

This looks awful to me;

Bit of a weird one this... its no looker until you get a few photos in (photo 12 or so and start looking out of the windows).

It’s different… quite like it, but is really a pretty normal house with a complicated basement.

If you like wood... Price is a little on the high side, but the layout is cool

I do it occasionally as we are moving next year to Finland and specifically Helsinki to live long term.

I think I like it, but I also think that is one of those places you'd really need to see in person.

Grand Designs, has been up for a while - assuming I recognise it as the Japanese-inspired one build amongst Roman Ruins. It's a bit reminiscent of some FLW in its bespoke fittings, I recall?

I remember that one… beautifully crafted for one client couple. As such massively limiting its appeal. Mind boggling valuation.

The layout makes a bit more sense than the one above with 8000 sq feet of wardrobes.
