Yes, my window is normal height. No idea how you would get round yours! I guess you have to look at how your current kitchen is laid out & work to a similar design. Or get a few different people round from the DIY stores/kitchen co's and get their design ideas. This service is free, or you can take accurate room plans to the store and they can design it there for you.
