My parents have a dormer bungalow that has 2 beds upstairs and 2 beds down. One was my nan's lounge, and now a study. If they were to sell up, they'd definately call it a bedroom.

I do too. Seems expensive for Stafford

Brocton is fairly des-res in Stafford terms although the other side of the village faces onto Cannock Chase which is much more where you would want to be for £1m.

I agree the house is nice enough, just some of the decor that’s a bit challenging .

I reckon they've pissed off the neighbouring landowner. After all, the house itself has quite a few issues so you'd be buying it for the view. And, in ten years, there won't be a view.

I do notice though this is another advert using photoshopped outside views through the windows. They take the interior photo, then take an outside view photo and paste the brighter outside view into the windows.

I don't personally have an issue with the photo tweaking so that it shows the view out - it will be bracketing and/or HDR camera settings to give different exposures that are combined later.
