This is special so lets look at some of the photos in isolation:
Pic 1: nice looking modern detached house with garage etc. Nice.
Pic 2: Oh. The most random selection of furniture ever and the hallway has been knocked through into the lounge and just left biggrin
Pic 3: More of the same but wtf is that rad doing halfway up a wall?
Pic 5: open plan living - its what everyone is doing today darling.
Pic 6: is this a totally different kitchen?
Pic 7: Rattan sofa in the bedroom - nice.
Pic 8: oh jeez...
Pic 9: any spare cushions?
Pic 10: is that a double headboard, no bed and a room that looks too small to house a bed?
Pic 15: nice wall
Pic 17: and theres the inflatable sex pond looking as inviting as they always do

Floorplan - do you have to go outside to get into the dining room? And there seems to be a shower room stuck in the middle of it? EDIT: gone back through the pics and there definitely doesn't seem to be a doorway through into that "utility/dining" room. Bonkers.

Bedroom 4, 7ft 7 x 7ft 3. Is that a record for smallest bedroom?

6 is the dining room I think, presumably set up to be a bedsit for some junior Rachman/Rigsby action.

That's just a bed, really. Does the door swing in or out? If the latter, it's a bed in a cupboard.

That's the hallway radiator. And that's as far as the polypipe would stretch. They clearly didn't think far enough to employ a plumber. Or an electrician, looking at the wiring bundled up against the header of the original partition.

Let's just hope that wall wasn't loadbearing, because if they haven't thought far enough ahead to think about the services, then...

Also: Floorplan, pic 6, pic 7: the "Dining Room" is clearly an annexed "studio flat". I'll bet the storage units right by the front door are blocking the doorway to stop the lodger / sub-let tenant / granny maxing their way into the main house. The door will still be there. And it won't lock. Or be fire rated.

It's the stuff of legend.

The "Be Our Guest" script on the wall, and the separate kitchen/shower makes me think it's been let as an Air BnB or maybe a bedsit?

I'd imagine there was originally a door through at the foot of the stairs, but no photo covers that angle.

Makes sense - so 6 and 7 is a weird bedsit thing which isn't accessible off the open plan monster on the other side of the wall. Blimey... that is messed up.

The plant isn't grey. Destroys the entire aesthetic. Savages, or rather Svagaes.

Well found!
Not that private really. Looking at the pictures you share the small garden with the main house - pop outside and peer in their windows! biggrin

Almost every photo in that listing has something terrible in it, far too many to list. Special mentions though to the hideous extension over the garage, and the bathroom I’m pretty sure featured in Saw.

Must be fun in that house every evening staring at the clock.

I've also never seen a microwave featured as the focal point of a room before
